Privacy
Short, because there's little to tell.
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from third parties. Here is what is processed anyway, and why.
Controller
Aihio Software Oy, Helsinki, Finland. Business ID (Y-tunnus): 3635580-7. Contact: info@aihio.io.
What is processed when you visit
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA), which acts as our data processor. When you load a page, your browser sends your IP address, user agent and the requested URL to Vercel's servers. Vercel keeps these in short-lived server logs for security and operation of the service. We do not use Vercel Web Analytics or any other analytics. Transfers to Vercel are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses included in Vercel's Data Processing Agreement.
Fonts, scripts, 3D models and images are served from aihio.io itself. No request is made to Google, Meta or any other third party.
The site stores nothing in your browser: no cookies, no local storage. Because nothing is stored or tracked, there is no cookie banner.
When you contact us
The contact form opens your own email program; nothing is sent to our servers. If you email us, we process your name, email address, company and the content of your message in order to reply and, if we start working together, to prepare an offer and a contract. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)) and, from an offer onwards, the steps preceding a contract (art. 6(1)(b)). Email is handled by our email provider as a processor. We keep correspondence for as long as the matter is open and up to two years after our last exchange, unless a contract or bookkeeping law requires longer.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or erased, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and request portability. Email info@aihio.io. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
Changes
If we ever add analytics, a real form backend or other processing, this page will say so before it happens. Last updated 5 September 2026.
