Aihio (“we”, “us”) builds AI and software for the pharmaceutical industry. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR, we are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at info@aihio.io.

We only collect the personal data you choose to send us through our contact form: your name, work email, and — optionally — your company, role, and the message you write. We also process your submission’s technical metadata (such as the time of sending) as a necessary part of delivering the message.

This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies and no third-party trackers. Fonts and assets are served from our own domain, so your browsing is not shared with third-party content networks.

We process your data solely to respond to your enquiry and to correspond with you about a potential engagement. Our legal basis is your consent(Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give when you tick the consent box and submit the form, and our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) in responding to business enquiries directed at us.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate this site and receive your message — for example our hosting provider (Vercel) and, where configured, our email delivery provider — each acting as a processor under appropriate data-processing terms. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

We retain enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact unless a longer period is required by law or an ongoing engagement.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• ask us to correct or delete it;
• restrict or object to our processing;
• data portability;
• withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing); and
