Three printing plates.

Every job we take is one of these three. Each has a clear shape, a clear price logic, and a clear end.

Plate I · 1–2 weeks

Prototype

A clickable version of your idea, real enough to test with real users. We build the risky part first, not the login screen.

  • Half-day workshop to define the one thing that must work
  • Working prototype with real data where it matters
  • A short written verdict: build it, change it, or drop it

Fixed price. Typically 3 500 – 7 000 € + VAT.

Plate II · 3–8 weeks

Internal tool

The manual process your team hates, turned into a button. Dashboards, client portals, workflow automation, AI assistants grounded in your own documents.

  • Scoped in one page, demoed every week
  • Integrates with what you already have (Sheets, ERP, CRM, email)
  • Hand-over with docs, or a monthly care plan

Fixed scope or 95 €/h. Most tools land between 8 000 and 25 000 € + VAT.

Plate III · 2–6 months

Product

From first sketch to paying users. Design, code, infrastructure, launch, and the unglamorous months after. We stay as long as you need a technical partner.

  • MVP in 6–10 weeks, then iterate on real usage
  • Modern, boring, maintainable stack (TypeScript, Postgres, Vercel/Supabase)
  • Optional fractional CTO role after launch

Monthly retainer from 6 000 € + VAT, or milestone pricing.

How every job runs

Week one you see something. Every week after, you see more.

We don't do big reveals. You get a link on Friday, every Friday. Scope changes are written down and priced the same day. If we think you shouldn't build something, we say so before you pay for it.
